Braun Hair Dryer

Got ourselves a new hair dryer. The sales man was recommending us Braun while we were looking at the Philip brand. Since it was having a discount, we just took it and the best was we were using our voucher to purchase.

Long Beach with the Poly Gang

Meet up with the poly gang at Long Beach, East Coast. Too bad this time I cant eat crabs due to the coughing. I want to get well soon so no choice but to watch my diet.

Only warm water for me. *sob sob*

This cost $5 for the crab sauce. We can go market, buy the crabs and cook using this sauce.

Roasted Brasied Duck. Too dry. We dont quite like it.

Order the large one but still think the vergetables are not enough for everyone.

This cost $48 which we feel not worth it. Kana cheated by the Auntie.

Watching 偷心大圣P.S.男 and I can say, tears drop like mad for me. Too many touching scenes. Actually just feel 蓝正龙 is not a bad looking guy but Angel just dont like him. Dont know what the ending will be like. Just hope it is good.

I'm sick again. Dont know why just a sore throat and fever just came by to visit me immediately. Really must go for exercise after recovering.

Hawaiian Pizza using Pita Bread

A 15 mins to get our own pizzas done. Simple and easy. Learn it Noob Cook. Guess I'm in love on this website now. Will continue to try on the dishes that post on the website.

We tried out the Hawaiian Pizza using Pita Bread. It was fun. Even Bb also know how to cook.

Ingredients
1) Pita Bread
2) Pizza Sauce - Tomatao Based Pasta Sauce
3) Pre-Shredded Cheese (Mozzarella Cheese)
4) Pineapple
5) Ham

Add everything on top and put in the preheated oven of 200C (329F). At here, we tried out for 9 mins instead of 10 mins they recommend. The bread wont stick to the tray.

Tau Suan

Cook tau suan yesterday but not success for the 1st try. Unable to judge the pot MIL is using. I'm going to use the normal metal pot the next time (manage to find where she keep). Seems to be simple chinese dessert but yet to be quite ma fan when preparing this dessert.

Ingredients need
1) 300gm of split green bean
2) Sweet Potato Starch
3) Pandan leaves, washed and tie to a knot
4) "you tiao"

Directions
1) Wash and soak the split green beans over night
2) Morning - wash and leave to dry
3) Steam the beans for about 20 mins or until they are soft
4) In a pot, boil water (half of the pot) with pandan leaves, add sugar. Bring to boil, reduce heat and add in  the beans
5) Stir and slowly add in the thickener (half cup of water and 4 spoons of sweet potato starch, need to judge by urself whether how thickness you want for the tau suan). Stir it slowly and evenly.
6) Once boiled, you can off the stove.

I'm going to try again, add in too much water which lead to the thickness is not thick enough. Manage to save, taste is there but not as nice as my mum cooks.
