White Fungus with Sea Coconut

Decide to cook white fungus with sea coconut for Bb due to the June humid weather. Unable to find the fresh type for the sea coconut so I had no choice but to buy the canned type.

Ingredients need
1) White fungus
2) Canned sea coconuts (cut into halves)
3) Red Dates (pitted)
4) Rock Sugar
5) Pandan leaves

Just put the pandan leaves inside the pot and let it boil. Once is boiled, put the white fungus, red dates and rock sugar. Around 10 mins later, add in sea coconuts. For the rock sugar, it is up to your taste preference.
