Osmanthus Jelly
Quite a hard time to find Osmanthus until recently Fu Hock has import in. The osmanthus cost $6.50 for 60g, consider quite ex.
Receipe Source from Noob Cook
Ingredients
1) 1 packet of Pre-Sweetened Konnyaku Jelly Powder
2) Water (According to the Konnyaku Jelly Powder box instructions)
3) Dried Osmanthus Jelly
4) 2 tbsp wolfberries, soaked in water till puffy (about 20 mins)
Methods
1) In a pot, add water and bring to boil. When water is boiling, lower heat and then add osmanthus flowers. Simmer for a few minutes.
2) Add Konnyaku Jelly Powder. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved. Off the flame.
3) Add 2 - 4 wolfberries to each jelly mould. Pour the jelly solution prepared in step 2 to fill each mould. Let the jelly cool down in room temperature and chill in fridge till jelly is set.
Review from Bb and MIL, they prefer Chrysanthemum Tea Jelly instead of Osmanthus Jelly. Yes me too. Maybe the taste on it.

The Ladies - 14.01.11
Out with the ladies to Nando's and Divine. Nando's giving me a impression that their food is nice that why the queue is always long outside the restaurant. But after trying out last friday, we felt that the food so-so. Just chicken is tender at the breast portion.
Bring the ladies to Divine after dinner. Lucky I make a reservation in the afternoon. Yes although the place is big and spacious but is almost full house when we reach there. There is a live band during weekdays (Mon - Fri) from 9pm - 12am.
The ladies love the place and like to make a monthly affair for relaxing, chilling. Yes, indeed a nice place to chill with the live band singing all the oldies.
We ordered the set meal for 4. Claudia cannot make it on the last minute. Gal we need to have another outing soon to catch up.

The Lim's Honeymoon - Day 1 & 2
Our first time going oversea trip together. Excited and happy. When we reached airport, our tour guide, Doreen inform due to heavy snow in Korea, flight delay for an hour. Feel bored and I am having a slight flu that day.
Arrival at Incheon Airport
Looks nice, no 1 airport on the world
Condensation until we cant see what's going on outside
Cold!!!
Waiting for ferry to go Nami Island
Mr Lim shocked with sudden cold
We were too hungry and join in the queue for some hot pancake. Needed the heat to warm our teeth
Pancake had some peanuts bits in it, perfect for this chilling weather. Coffee turned cold very quickly
