Tiramisu - 2nd Attempt

My 2nd attempt. This time the taste was ok. Not too strong for the coffee too. But dont understand why it was not hard at the cream layer. Where did I go wrong? Hmm, still trying to figure out. But currently wont be doing. I still own Isaac's order.
