Update: Power in Your Hands Seminar - ieatishootipost

Continue our plan for the seminar even though both of us were tired. Basically the artises were sharing their photos with us on their overseas trip, which cameras they were using and what modes for the shoot. Found out that S95 have still quite a few functions that I never know about it. Dasmond recommend one canon compact camera which impress me, PowerShot SX30IS. The optical zoom which is 35 times wide angle. Optical Image Stabilizer that reduces camera shake to achieve images whether you are close or far away.

See the 2 difference of the photos above after they taught how to use the white balance.

The seminar which cost $15 also include tea break.

The pass for the Hippo Ride.

 Nostalgic Mode

Normal mode

Super Vivid

Foliage

Color Accent. I choose green.

Below are some tips that I learnt for night shooting from the seminar.
- The brightness (exposure) should be under exposure at night.
- ISO 800 but depends on suitation
- Do not use flash
- If possible, your camera should have tripod or item to stand when shooting. This is to prevent blurry photo.
